Welcome to the Orchids user group.

This user group is devoted to the Orchids orchestration system and its users, but also on the topic of computer-aided orchestration and generic sound mixture optimization. In order to facilitate the exchange of bug reports, idea and collaborative thinking, we encourage any kind of report on errors, bad or good results, desired features, ideas, remarks and any other topic.

Orchids 9.2 is back, and FREE !

Hi Orchiders,

While newer versions are being developed, we put Orchids 9.2 back, despite it is still not compatible with High Sierra.
As we cannot guarantee the compatibility with the latest OS (HS), Orchids is now free to download.
The download should be ready to go.

Le fichier à télécharger semble ne pas être en bon état.
J’ai le téléchargé plusieurs fois et orchis n’ouvre pas.

La version actuelle d’Orchids n’est pas officiellement compatible avec les OS récents, et c’est pourquoi elle a été retirée de la vente temporairement, puis remise à titre gratuit en téléchargement en attendant une mise à jour.
Ceci dit, j’ai réussi à faire marcher Orchids sur macOS Sierra. Par contre j’ai le même message d’erreur sur high Sierra.

Ca c’est un truc d’apple… LE fichier n’est pas endomage. Il faut juste desactiver Gatekeeper, cf precedent post.

Hello,

thanks for the good news 😀

I had the same issue that Ruben had and disabling GateKeeper doesn’t seem to work (I followed the instructions). I believe is the .dmg image
I’m using a MacBook pro with Yosemite.

(The attached image says: “The following disk images couldn’t be opened.”)
